| My husband and I have been interested in purchasing investment properties for several years. Just two years ago, we purchased our first property, by jumping from agent to agent and bank to bank, really becoming frustrated with the obstacles and resistance we experienced based on our inexperience. Last year, we met Michelle Williams, of Keller Williams, and that is when things really started happening for us. Because Michelle has first-hand knowledge of real estate investing, she is able to understand what our goals are and help us achieve them, This includes introudcuing us to a valuable network of people who help streamline the purchase process (i.e. brokers, banks, insurance agents, etc.) To say that Michelle is assertive and productive is quite the understatement!!! Since we began working with Michelle, we have purchased four more properties (two of which are multi-units buildings) in only one year! Michelle has remained consistent in her search to find us quality properties and answer all our many questions along the way.
